大黄芒硝散脐周外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Umbilical Compress of Rhubarb and Glauber Salt Powder in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨大黄芒硝散脐周外敷对急性胰腺炎的治疗价值;方法将芜湖市中医医院2017年11月至2020年12月收治的急性胰腺炎共58例急性胰腺炎患者分为对照组(28)及观察组(30),观察组给予常规西医治疗,对照组在此基础上给予大黄芒硝散脐周外敷。测定患者白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血淀粉酶变化情况,记录患者腹痛消失时间、首次排气时间、住院时间及住院费用。结果观察组炎症指标血淀粉酶、CRP及白细胞计数下降速度快于对照组,在治疗第5天显示出统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组首次排气时间及腹痛缓解时间早于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),同时可降低住院费用(P<0.05)。结论大黄芒硝散脐周外敷治疗急性胰腺炎效果明确,可缩短住院时间,减少患者痛苦及经济压力,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of umbilical compress of rhubarb and glauber salt powder in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 58 patients with AP were randomly divided into observation group(30)and control group(28)by single-blind method.The control group receive modem medicine treatment and the observation group received modem medicine plus umbilical compress of rhubarb and glauber salt powder.The white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil granulocyte%(NEUT%),serum c-react protein(CRP)and serum amylase(AMS)were measured.The pain disappeared time,autonomous exhaust time,hospital stay and hospitalization cost were observed.Results The decline of WBC,CRP and AMS in the observation group were obviously faster than the control group,the significant differences were appeared in 5 days after treatment(P<0.05).Abdominal pain relief time,autonomous exhaust time and hospital stay time were obviously shorter in the observation group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization cost was lesser than the control group(P<0.05).Conclutions Umbilical compress of rhubarb and glauber salt powder has exact curative effect in the treatment of AP,and it can shorten the hospital stay,relieve the pain and economic burden of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
