儿童肝移植术后肝穿刺活检安全性——单中心经验
摘要
目前,肝移植已经成为儿童终末期肝衰竭的常规治疗方法,儿童受者的术后远期生存率在不断提高,5年生存率已经达80%~85%以上。[1]随着我国儿童肝移植技术的成熟,肝移植术后患儿人群也在不断扩大。
