新型开槽三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑有限元分析

摘要 三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑是一种力学性能稳定的防屈曲装置。本文设计了一种开长槽的三重钢管屈曲约束支撑,并对承受轴力的核芯钢管进行开长槽削弱。设计了8组不同开槽深度和1组不开槽的支撑构件,利用ABAQUS进行有限元分析,研究不同开槽深度对其承载力、耗能性能的影响。研究结果表明:这种核芯管开长槽的新型防屈曲约束支撑,在开槽深度一定时,滞回曲线面积饱满,承载力下降较小,可提升支撑的耗能系数与等效附加阻尼比。该种三重钢管防屈曲支撑可以提供37%~47%的附加等效阻尼比。 The triple-steel tube buckling-restrained brace is a kind of energy damping device with the good performance. In this paper, a kind of triple-steel tube with long strip cut in the middle tube buckling restraint brace is designed, and the middle tube bearing axial force is weakened by long strip cuts. Eight groups of support members with different cut depths and one group without cut are designed, and the influence of different cut depths on their strength, the hysteretic energy dissipation performance is studied by finite element analysis using ABAQUS. The results show that: when the long strip cut is constant, the hysteretic curve area of the buckling restraint brace is full, and the bearing capacity drop is small, which can improve the energy dissipation coefficient and equivalent additional damping ratio of the buckling restraint brace. The additional equivalent damping ratio of 37% ~ 47% can be provided by this kind of triple steel tube anti-buckling brace.
