摘要
煤炭是支撑我国经济发展的基础性能源,在“双碳”背景下,煤炭资源禀赋对碳减排造成了较大压力。以2006—2020年我国30个省、自治区、直辖市的相关数据为样本,采用资源禀赋系数对不同地区煤炭资源禀赋进行测度,应用空间杜宾模型分析煤炭资源禀赋对碳排放影响的空间效应。研究发现:煤炭资源禀赋分布呈现较强的不均衡性,丰裕地区和欠缺地区资源禀赋水平差距较大;煤炭资源禀赋对碳排放影响的空间效应显著,煤炭资源禀赋丰裕地区能推高本地区及欠缺地区的碳排放水平,且对欠缺地区的间接效应大于对自身的影响。优化能源和产业结构、加大技术研发投入、建立减碳协作机制,有助于碳减排。针对丰裕地区和欠缺地区的特点提出对策建议,以促进煤炭产业绿色转型发展和“双碳”目标的实现。
Coal is the basic energy supporting China’s economic development.Under the background of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,coal resource endowment has caused great pressure on carbon emission reduction.Taking the relevant data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China from 2006 to 2020 as samples,the resource endowment coefficient is used to measure the coal resource endowment in different regions,and the spatial Durbin model is used to analyze the spatial effect of coal resource endowment on carbon emissions.The study found that:the distribution of coal resource endowment presents a strong imbalance,and there is a large gap between the resource endowment level in the abundant area and the deficient area;the spatial effect of coal resource endowment on carbon emissions is significant,and the coal resource endowment rich area can push up the regional and the carbon emission level of the deficient area,and the indirect effect on the deficient area is greater than the impact on itself.Optimizing the energy and industrial structure,increasing investment in technology research and development,and establishing a carbon reduction coordination mechanism will help reduce carbon emissions.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the characteristics of abundant areas and deficient areas,so as to promote the green transformation and development of the coal industry and the realization of the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goal.
