摘要
利用EDEM离散元软件,通过对带式输送机的不同倾斜角度、不同矿石粒径分布以及不同摩擦因数造成的相关运输过程的差异化结果进行模拟分析,得到了不同截面下颗粒的平均速度和输送带张力的拟合曲线,并以此为依据分析不同的粒径分布和不同的输送角度对带式输送机输送效率的影响。
EDEM software was used to simulate and analyze the differential results of relevant transportation processes caused by different inclination angles, different ore particle size distribution and different friction factors of belt conveyor, and the fitting curves of particle average speed and belt tension under different sections were obtained. And on this basis, the influence of different particle size distribution and different conveying angle on belt conveyor conveying efficiency was analyzed.
