摘要
基于构建的刮板输送机有限元动力学方程,利用数值分析软件MATLAB对刮板输送机不同位置断链以及链条节距变化对刮板输送机张力分布及速度变化的影响进行了数值仿真,分析了异常载荷工况下刮板输送机动力学特性变化规律。对于刮板输送智能化发展有一定的指导意义。
Based on building the finite element dynamic equations of scraper conveyor, used numerical analysis software MATLAB to numerical simulate the influence of the chain breaking at different location of scraper conveyor and the change of the chain pitch on the tension distribution and speed change of scraper conveyor. Analyzed the dynamic characteristics change rule of scraper conveyor under the abnormal load condition. It has certain guiding significance for intelligent development of scraper conveying.
