TBM超前钻机行走装置的结构仿真分析

摘要 结合新疆EH引水工程某隧道实例,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对TBM进行超前作业中的超前钻机行走装置上的关键部件环形梁进行结构静力学仿真和模态分析,得到了3个极限位姿的应力、变形分布和前6阶模态。结果表明:当超前钻机处于距环形梁弧顶60°位姿时,危险截面出现在结构加强肋焊缝处,最大变形为2.437 mm,最大应力331.17 MPa,应力集中明显;环形梁前6阶模态固有频率在30~70 Hz,频率范围内最大振幅小于1.1 mm,为评价环形梁结构动态特性和结构进一步改进提供了理论依据。 Combined with an example of a tunnel in Xinjiang EH water diversion project, the finite element software ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out structural static simulation and modal analysis on the key components of the traveling device of the advance drilling rig in the advanced operation of TBM. The stress and deformation distributions and the first 6 modes in the three extreme poses were obtained. The results show that when the advanced drilling rig is at a position of 60° from the arc top of ring beam, the dangerous section appears at the weld of the structural stiffener, the maximum deformation is 2.437 mm, the maximum stress is 331.17 MPa, and stress concentration is obvious. The natural frequency of the first six modes of ring beam is at between 30~70 Hz, the maximum amplitude in the frequency range is less than 1.1mm. These results provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the dynamic characteristics of the ring beam structure and further improvement of the structure.
