摘要
采煤机中心水管是为采煤机输送内喷雾水的重要零件,中心水管旋转密封端的失效影响采煤机喷雾效果及摇臂使用寿命。为提升中心水管使用寿命,对中心水路结构进行了分析,找出了中心水管失效形式及失效主要原因,根据失效原因对中心水管进行了结构及工艺优化,根据优化方案设计了3种试验方案,分析了试验结果。研究结果为采煤机中心水管的长寿命设计及制造提供了参考。
The central water pipe of shearer is an important part for conveying the spray water in the shearer. The failure of the rotating sealing end of the central water pipe will affect the shearer spray effect and the service life of the rocker arm. In order to improve the service life of the central water pipe, analyzed the structure of the central water pipe, found out the failure types and main reasons of the central water pipe, optimized the structure and process of the central water pipe according to the failure reasons, designed three kinds of test schemes according to the optimization scheme, and analyzed the test results. The research results provide reference for the long life design and manufacture of the central water pipe of shearer.
