摘要
介绍一种大采高直摇臂的设计,通过对摇臂齿轮传动系统中二级直齿和两级行星减速器齿轮的弯曲及接触强度分析、各轴轴承寿命计算、摇臂壳体有限元分析(MASTER软件分析),确认该设计的可靠性。
Introduced the design of a large mining height straight rocker arm. The reliability of the design was determined by analyzing the bending and contact strength of the two-stage straight teeth and two-stage planetary reducer gears in the rocker arm gear transmission system, the life calculation of each shaft bearing, and the finite element analysis of the rocker arm shell(MASTER software analysis).
