摘要
目前折叠式平面连杆机构主要应用于各行业升降台上。针对我国煤矿井下高效快速掘进工作面中自移机尾的结构特点和使用要求,对折叠式平面连杆机构在可伸缩自移机尾上的应用可行性进行研究。通过可伸缩自移机尾结构排布和原理分析,证明折叠式平面连杆机构能满足高效快速掘进工作面中自移机尾使用要求,可有效增加搭接行程,提高高效快速掘进工作面配套设备性价比,减轻工人劳动强度。
At present, the folding plane linkage mechanism is mainly used in lifting platforms in various industries. According to the structural characteristics and application requirements of self-moving tail in high-efficiency and fast heading face in coal mine in China, the application feasibility of folding plane linkage mechanism in retractable self-moving tail was studied. Through the structural arrangement and principle analysis of the telescopic self-moving tail, it was proved that the folding plane linkage mechanism can meet the use requirements of the self-moving tail in the high-efficiency and fast heading face, effectively increase the lap stroke, improve the cost performance of the supporting equipment of the high-efficiency and fast heading face, and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
