针对某悬臂式掘进机铲板运载旋转装置的传动方式,对一起典型的铲板运载旋转装置故障进行了详细分析,对该装置的安装步骤、支撑锁紧关系和装配尺寸进行了拆解检查和测量。并分析了其使用工况,找到了故障原因,给出了改进方案并予以实施,取得了较好的效果。

Aiming at the transmission mode of the shovel plate carrying rotary device of a cantilever roadheader, a typical fault of shovel plate carrying rotary device was analyzed in detail, the installation steps, the support locking relationship and the assembly size were disassembled, inspected and measured,and its working condition was analyzed. The cause of the fault was found, the improvement scheme was given and implemented, which achieves good results.
