摘要
教师、学生与教学内容是任何教学活动中不可或缺的三个基本要素。依据其在教学活动中的存在形态,可以将教师的教学分为“无书无我”“有书无我”“有书有我”“无书有我”四种状态。在新时代结合“四有好教师”的标准分析教师教学状态的现状,不仅有利于教师自身的专业成长,更有利于我国教育强国目标的实现。
Teachers,students and teaching materials are the three essential elements in any teaching activities.According to its existing form in teaching activities,the teaching level of teachers can be divided into the following states:“no books without me”,“books without me”,“books with me”and“me without books”.In the new era,to guide and standardize teachers’teaching state with the criteria of“good teachers with four haves”will not only be beneficial to teachers’own professional growth,but also to the realization of the goal of strengthening the nation through education.
