摘要
乡村教师获得感是在其客观拥有的基础上形成的主观认知和内在体验。乡村教师的获得感水平是影响其存在与发展品质的重要因素。乡村教师获得感的生成是乡村教师主体与环境多重互动的结果,在这个过程中,实践意图、主体惯习、个体资本、时空场域和主体性反思构成了乡村教师获得感生成的实践逻辑。其中,实践意图是乡村教师获得感生成的方向引导,主体惯习构成了乡村教师获得感生成的实践图式,个体资本是乡村教师获得感生成的实践工具,时空场域奠定了乡村教师获得感生成的支持条件,主体性反思则是乡村教师获得感生成的内在机理。
The sense of gain is the subjective cognition and internal experience of rural teachers based on the objective possession.The level of rural teachers’sense of gain is an important factor affecting their quality of existence and development.The generation of rural teachers’sense of gain is the result of multiple interactions between rural teachers and environment.In this process,practice intention,subject habit,individual capital,space-time field and subjective reflection constitute the practical logic of the generation of rural teachers’sense of gain,in which practice intention is the direction of the generation of rural teachers’sense of gain,subject habit constitutes the practical schema of the generation of rural teachers’sense of gain,individual capital is the practical tool for rural teachers to generate the sense of gain,and the space-time field lays the supporting conditions for rural teachers to generate the sense of gain,and subjective reflection is the internal mechanism for the generation of rural teachers’sense of gain.
