全链条格局下博物馆文保科研高质量发展对策研究——以南京博物院为例

Promoting High-Quality Development of Cultural Relics Conservation Research in Museums Under the Whole-Process Strategy: Nanjing Museum as an Example

关于中国特色博物馆的高质量发展,科学研究显然会在其中发挥越来越重要的作用。可是由于国有博物馆的特殊事业单位身份、公益属性等,文物保护科学研究的做大做强仍然存在人才引进受限、基础科研滞后等问题。在全链条格局下如何突破制约文保科研高质量发展的瓶颈,从南京博物院文保科研的实践来看,解决关键症结的对策有提升职工创新积极性、增强核心竞争力、开展多方合作、加强研用结合等。南京博物院的经验有助于为其他博物馆文保科研高质量发展提供借鉴。

Scientific research will obviously play an increasingly important role in the high-quality development of museums with Chinese characteristics.However,due to their special attribute as public nonprofit institutions,museums in China are still facing challenges in strengthening conservation research particularly related to talent recruitment and basic research.Based on the practices at Nanjing Museum,to overcome the obstacles that have hindered conservation research,solutions include encouraging innovation,enhancing the core competitiveness,increasing multi-party cooperation,and strengthening applied research.The Nanjing Museum experience may be helpful for other museums in China in their striving for highquality development of conservation research.
