本文对应力腐蚀开裂的机理进行了简要阐述,分析了可能导致应力腐蚀开裂的各种因素,以及通过实例进行了系统分析,并提出了预防奥氏体不锈钢压力容器应力腐蚀开裂的合理化的建议。

In this paper,the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking is briefly described,various factors that can lead to stress corrosion cracking are analyzed,and the system analysis is carried out through an example.Some reasonable suggestions for preventing stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel pressure vessel are put forward.
