开孔补强结构设计与计算对压力容器的安全运行非常关键,要综合考虑设备设计工况、制造难度和经济成本等因素。概括总结了压力容器常用的几种开孔补强结构的优缺点,并对开孔补强结构的计算方法进行了介绍,为压力容器的优化设计提供借鉴和参考。
The design and calculation of the opening reinforcement structure is very important to the safe operation of the pressure vessel.Factors such as equipment design conditions,manufacturing difficulty and economic cost should be comprehensively considered.The advantages and disadvantages of several types of perforated reinforcement structures commonly used in pressure vessels are summarized,and the calculation methods of perforated reinforcement structures are introduced to provide reference for the optimal design of pressure vessels.
