氧雾化吸入含钾药物在纠正腹膜透析患者低钾的临床应用

Clinical application of oxygen-atomized inhalation of potassium-containing drugs to correct hypokalemia in peritoneal dialysis patients

摘要 目的探讨氧雾化吸入含钾药物在纠正腹膜透析患者低钾的临床应用效果。方法选取景德镇市第三人民医院肾内科2020年11月—2021年7月收治的60例行腹膜透析治疗的终末期肾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予口服方式给予氯化钾治疗,观察组则采用氧气雾化吸入方式给予氯化钾治疗,对比2组治疗前与治疗1天、第2天和第3天的血钾浓度、血清肌酐以及血尿素氮水平变化。结果观察组治疗第1天、第2天和第3天的血钾浓度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清肌酐以及血尿素氮水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氧雾化吸入含钾药物在纠正腹膜透析患者低钾的临床治疗中可有提高血钾浓度,加快血钾恢复速度,对患者肾功能的恢复起促进作用,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of potassium-containing drugs in correcting hypokalemia in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with end-stage renal disease who received peritoneal dialysis treatment in Jingdezhen Third People's Hospital from November 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given oral potassium chloride treatment.Observation group was treated with potassium chloride by oxygen atomization inhalation,30 cases in each group.The changes of serum potassium concentration,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels before treatment and on day 1,2 and 3 were compared between the two groups.Results The serum potassium concentration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the first,second and third days of treatment(P<0.05),while the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the first,second and third days of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen atomized inhalation of potassium-containing drugs in the clinical treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients with hypokalemia can improve the concentration of potassium,accelerate the recovery of potassium,and play a positive role in promoting the recovery of renal function,High safety factor,which is conducive to the follow-up rehabilitation of patients.
