快速康复理念应用于肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤术后护理中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in nursing care after shoulder arthroscopy for treatment of rotator cuff injury

目的研究快速康复理念应用于肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤术后护理中的效果。方法将射阳县人民医院2017年3月—2020年9月收治的55例行肩关节镜治疗的肩袖损伤患者分为对照组(27例)与观察组(28例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组接受快速康复理念护理。统计比较2组患者的疼痛情况、疼痛缓解用时、住院时长、肩关节活动角度、并发症以及患者对护理的满意度情况。结果护理干预1个月、2个月、3个月后,对照组患者的VAS评分均高于观察组(P<0.05);与观察组患者相比,对照组的疼痛缓解用时、住院时长均明显更长(P<0.05)。护理干预后,相比于观察组,对照组患者的肩关节外旋、内旋、后伸、前屈角度均明显更小(P<0.05)。对照组患者的并发症发生率为22.22%,明显高于观察组的3.57%(P<0.05)。对照组患者的护理满意度为74.07%,显著低于观察组的96.43%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念应用于肩关节镜治疗肩袖损伤术后护理,能在显著缓解患者疼痛程度的基础上,缩短疼痛时间与住院时长,提高肩关节活动角度,从而减少并发症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation in the nursing of postoperative care of rotator cuff injuries treated with shoulder arthroscopy.Methods The 55 patients with rotator cuff injury who underwent shoulder arthroscopy treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2020 were divided into control group(27 cases)and observation group(28 cases).The control group received routine general nursing care,and the observation group received rapid recovery nursing.Statistically compare the two groups of patients'pain,pain relief time,length of hospitalization,shoulder angle of motion,complications,and patients'satisfaction with nursing care.Results After 1 month,2 months,and 3 months of nursing intervention,the visual analog scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05);compared with the observation group,the control group took time to relieve pain The length of hospital stay was significantly longer(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,compared with the observation group,the angles of external rotation,internal rotation,extension and flexion of the shoulder joint in the control group were significantly smaller(P<0.05).The complication rate in the control group reached 22.22%,which was significantly higher than the 3.57%in the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was only 74.07%,which was significantly lower than the 96.43%of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation concept applied to the postoperative nursing care of shoulder arthroscopy for the treatment of rotator cuff injuries can significantly relieve the pain of the patient,shorten the patient’s pain time and hospital stay,increase the patient’s shoulder joint movement angle,and reduce complications happened.
