摘要 目的探讨分析后房型人工晶状体(ICL)植入术治疗高度近视眼的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2020年12月在梅州爱尔眼科医院屈光科治疗的高度近视20例(40只眼)患者,均给予ICL植入术治疗,比较术前、术后1,3,6,12个月视力、屈光度、眼压、角膜厚度、角膜曲率、中央前房深度。结果术后1,3,6,12个月裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力均显著优于术前(P<0.05),术后随访1年,患者裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力无显著性改变(P>0.05);术前及术后1,3,6,12个月患者眼压无显著变化(P>0.05);术后1,3,6,12个月患者屈光度较术前显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后随访1年,患者屈光度无显著性改变(P>0.05);术前及术后1,3,6,12个月患者角膜厚度、角膜曲率无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后1,3,6,12个月患者中央前房深度较术前均显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1、3、6、12个月患者中央前房深度无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论ICL植入术治疗高度近视眼可改善裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力,降低屈光度,维持眼压稳定,对角膜的影响较小,加速患者术后恢复,值得推广。 Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of ICL implantation in the treatment of high myopia.Methods Select 20 patients(40 eyes)treated with high myopia in the refractive department of Meizhou Aier Eye Hospital from February 2017 to December 2020.ICL implantation treatment,compare the visual acuity,refractive power,intraocular pressure,corneal thickness,corneal curvature,and central anterior chamber depth before and after 1,3,6,and 12 months after operation.Results 1,3,6,12 after operation The month-month naked vision and best-corrected visual acuity were significantly improved compared with preoperatively(P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the patients’naked visual acuity and best-corrected visual acuity had no significant changes(P>0.05)There was no significant change in intraocular pressure of patients before operation and 1,3,6,and 12 months after operation(P>0.05).The refractive index of patients at 1,3,6,and 12 months after operation was significantly improved compared with that before operation(P<0.05),after 1 year follow-up,there was no significant change in patients'refractive power(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in corneal thickness and corneal curvature in patients before and 1,3,6,and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05),the central anterior chamber depth of patients at 1,3,6,and 12 months after operation was significantly improved compared with that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,3,6,12 There was no significant change in the depth of the central anterior chamber(P>0.05)in the patients at 6 months(P>0.05).Conclusion ICL implantation for high myopia can significantly improve the naked vision,best corrected visual acuity,reduce diopter,maintain stable intraocular pressure,and affect the cornea.The impact is small,and it accelerates the recovery of patients after surgery.It is worthy of promotion.
