加味半夏厚朴汤联合康艾注射液治疗痰瘀互结型晚期胃癌的临床研究

Clinical study on modified Banxia houpu decoction combined with Kangai injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的探究加味半夏厚朴汤联合康艾注射液治疗痰瘀互结型晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法纳入70例2019年1月—2021年8月于九江市中医医院接受治疗的痰瘀互结型晚期胃癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=35)及对照组(n=35)。对照组给予康艾注射液治疗,研究组联合加味半夏厚朴汤治疗,连续治疗3个疗程,对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、外周T淋巴细胞亚群及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分、CD_(8)^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、肝功能异常发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论加味半夏厚朴汤联合康艾注射液在痰瘀互结型晚期胃癌患者治疗中可获得较好效果,有助于缓解各临床症状,且对免疫功能影响较小,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with Kang'ai injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods 70 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients with phlegm and blood stasis interlocking type who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were enrolled and divided into the study group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Kang'ai injection,and the study group was treated with Modified Banxia Houpu Decoction for 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score and CD_(8)^(+)level in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)value in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the incidences of gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression,and abnormal liver function in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with Kang'ai Injection can achieve good effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with phlegm and blood stasis interlocking type,which can help relieve various clinical symptoms,and has less impact on immune function,less adverse reactions,and high safety.Worth promoting.
