摘要
本文对新型特超级双相不锈钢UNS S32707进行了焊接性分析,并根据分析结果和实际经验制定了焊接工艺、确定了相关规范;通过对焊接接头进行相关检测,结果表明在适当的工艺条件下可得到满足要求的焊接接头。
The weldability of a new super duplex stainless steel UNS 32707 is analyzed in this paper.According to the analysis results and practical experience,the welding process is formulated and relevant specifications are determined.Through relevant inspection of welded joints,the results show that the welded joint meeting the requirements can be obtained under appropriate process conditions.
