肝硬化疾病诊断中的生化检验项目价值分析

Value analysis of biochemical test items in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis

目的 分析生化检验项目在肝硬化疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 纳入2020年3月—2021年2月山东省聊城市高唐县人民医院收治的肝硬化患者50例为肝硬化组;纳入同期健康体检者50例为健康体检组。两组均做生化检验(γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、白蛋白、总胆红素、总蛋白、胆碱酯酶、直接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶),分析生化检验结果。结果 肝硬化组γ-谷氨酰转肽酶高于健康体检组,丙氨酸转氨酶高于健康体检组,白蛋白低于健康体检组,总胆红素高于健康体检组,总蛋白低于健康体检组,胆碱酯酶低于健康体检组,直接胆红素高于健康体检组,碱性磷酸酶高于健康体检组,谷草转氨酶高于健康体检组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 同健康人群相比,肝硬化患者的生化检验指标存在明显的差异,所以生化检验项目可为肝硬化的诊断提供参考依据,确保患者尽早诊治,利于患者的康复。

Objective To analyze the application value of biochemical test items in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.Methods Fifty patients with liver cirrhosis trected in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the liver cirrhosis group;50 healthy people from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the healthy physical examination group.All subjects underwent biochemical tests(γ-Glutamyl transpeptidase,alanine aminotransferase,albumin,total bilirubin,total protein,cholinesterase,direct bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase),and the biochemical test results were analyzed.Results Compared with the healthy physical examination group,the patients in the liver cirrhosis group had higher γ-Glutamyl transpeptidase,higher alanine transaminse,lower albumin,higher total bilirubin,lower total protein and cholinesterase,higher direct bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase and Glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,and the differences were statristically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,there are obvious differences in biochemical test indexes of patients with liver cirrhosis,so biochemical test items can provide reference for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis,ensure the early diagnosis and treatment of patients,which was conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
