腹推治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察

Curative effect observation on abdominal massage for chronic fatigue syndrome with deficiency of heart and spleen

目的 探究腹部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效,寻找治疗CFS新方法。方法 收集选取天津市中医药研究院附属医院收治的40例符合CFS诊断及纳入标准的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各20例。观察组采用腹部推拿法治疗,对照组给予归脾丸口服治疗,比较治疗前后两组中医症状积分及疲劳量表(FS-14)积分,并评定临床疗效。结果 两组治疗结束后,疲劳量表积分及中医症状积分较治疗前均降低,且观察组各积分较对照组降低更明显;治疗后观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,两组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹部推拿法治疗心脾两虚型CFS疗效优于常规口服归脾丸治疗,可有效改善患者的疲劳症状,无任何不良反应,患者乐于接受,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal massage in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)with deficiency of both heart and spleen,in order to find out new method to treat CFS. Methods A total of 40 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of CFS in the Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 20 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with abdominal massage,and the control group was treated with oral medication of Gui Pi Wan. Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and FS-14 of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results After treatment in the two groups,compared with the scores before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and FS-14 scores were both decreased,and the scores of the observation group decreased more obviously than the control group;after treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 70.00% in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal massage was superior to oral medication with Gui Pi Wan in treating CFS with deficiency of heart and spleen. It could improve the patient’s symptoms of fatigue effectively,without any adverse reactions.Patients were willing to accept it,which was worthy of clinical popularization.
