摘要
研究分析欧洲英吉利海峡隧道整车驮背运输、阿尔卑斯山区铁路整车驮背运输以及CargoBeamer平移式、ModaLohr中部旋转、Megaswing端部旋转等水平转运技术和NiKraSa、ISU等辅助托盘装载系统的半挂车驮背运输技术,针对我国部分山区既有公路运输安全性较差、铁路运营车流密度低、运能富余的特点,通过借鉴欧洲铁路驮背运输发展经验,采用凹底承载结构和小轮径转向架技术,提出了铁路成列滚装滚卸驮背运输车辆设计及装载设计方案,装载加固计算表明,仅需要轮挡加固措施即可满足加固要求,具有基础设施要求低、快装快卸的特点,为我国铁路开展整车驮背运输提供技术支撑。
This paper studied the piggyback transportation of wagon loading goods in the European English Channel Tunnel and the Alpine railway,the horizontal transportation technologies such as Cargobeamer translation,ModaLohr middle rotation and Megaswing end rotation,and the semi-trailer piggyback transportation techniques such as NiKraSa and ISU assisting pallet loading systems.Given the poor safety of existing highway transportation in some mountainous areas of China,the low traffic density of railways,and surplus transport capacity,the paper drew lessons from the development experience of European railway piggyback transportation.It applied the concave bottom bearing structure and small wheel diameter bogie technology to put forward the vehicle design and loading design scheme of railway roll-on roll-off piggyback transportation in rows.The loading reinforcement calculation shows that the reinforcement requirements can be met with only wheel chocks.The scheme shows low infrastructure requirements and fast loading and unloading,providing technical support for piggyback transportation of wagon loading goods in China.
