摘要
阐述由P(VDF-TrFE)压电阵列、数据采集卡和上位机三部分构成的压力分布检测系统,在上位机中通过对LabVIEW程序的编写实现了实时显示P(VDF-TrFE)压电阵列的压力分布状况。探讨对(PVDFTrFE)压电阵列进行了手指按压和直尺锤击测试,测试结果表明该压力分布检测系统具有优异的稳定性和准确性。根据不同的压力分布状况准确地识别出两种手部动作。
A pressure distribution detection system composed of P(VDF-TrFE) piezoelectric array,data acquisition card and host computer is built. The real-time display of the pressure distribution of the P(VDF-TrFE) piezoelectric array is realized in the host computer by compiling the LabVIEW program.The(PVDF-TrFE) piezoelectric array was tested by finger pressing and ruler hammering. The test results show that the pressure distribution detection system has excellent stability and accuracy. Finally,two kinds of hand movements can be accurately recognized according to different pressure distribution conditions.
