摘要
阐述基于热传导的井下聚合物流量测量系统的设计,系统包括加热带、控制电路和井地通信等模块。模拟和现场试验表明,聚合物流量测量误差小于6%,可以实现井下分层注聚流量精准测量。
The design of downhole polymer flow measurement system based on heat conduction is described. The system includes heating belt, control circuit, well ground communication and other modules. Simulation and field tests show that the measurement error of polymer flow is less than 6%,which can realize the accurate measurement of downhole layered polymer injection flow.
