摘要
从实际生产问题出发,提出思路和方法,包括通过结构比对,控制胶量、制程中的烘烤时间、凡立水浸泡时间,为最大限度减少因小型变压器在组装过程中发生磁铁裂痕、磁铁开裂不良所造成的经济损失,从而为同类问题的分析和解决提供参考。
Starting from the analysis of the amount of water in the process of baking and assembly of the small magnet, this paper puts forward the idea of minimizing the crack of the magnet in the process of production, including the economic comparison of the amount of water in the process of baking and assembly, so as to provide a reference for reducing the crack of the small magnet.
