气象数据的智能并行补调分发系统设计与实现

摘要 阐述实时气象资料的下载与分发主要通过信息中心CMACast广播接收,国内气象通信系统二次转发实现,下行资料来源单一,对信息中心CMACast广播系统的依赖性极强,在受极端天气或其他客观因素影响时,数据不全造成用户体验差等问题较为突出,一般通过在Windows下bat脚本进行补调的方式进行资料应急,存在不灵活,单线程下载存在速度慢、不稳定等问题。近年来随着观测预报水平的提高,气象资料尤其是数值预报产品下发量急剧增大,用户需求日益增加,带给气象信息系统较大压力,急需开发气象数据分发系统。随着地面、高空、雷达等气象数据逐步实现标准化单轨运行,用户系统无法实时更新,为保证气象数据共享服务的连续性,本着用户至上的服务原则,对用户所需资料进行格式转换亦迫在眉睫。 The download and distribution of real-time meteorological data is mainly received through the information center CMACast broadcast, the domestic meteorological communication system is realized by the secondary forwarding, the downstream data source is single, the dependence on the information center CMACast broadcast system is extremely strong, when affected by extreme weather or other objective factors, the data incompleteness causes poor user experience and other problems are more prominent, generally through the Windows bat script for supplementary adjustment of the way to carry out data emergency, there is inflexible, single-thread download there is a slow, Instability and other issues. Secondly, with the improvement of the level of observation and forecasting in recent years, the amount of meteorological data, especially the issuance of numerical forecasting products, has increased sharply, and the demand for users has increased, which has brought greater pressure to the meteorological information system, and it is urgent to develop a meteorological data distribution system.Third, with the ground, high altitude, radar and other meteorological data gradually achieve standardized single-track operation, the user system can not be updated in real time, in order to ensure the continuity of meteorological data sharing services, in line with the principle of user-oriented service, the format conversion of the data required by users is also imminent.
