广州中医药大学172名专任教师生命质量状况及影响因素

Study on quality of life and its influencing factors of 172 full-time teachers in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

目的了解广州中医药大学专任教师的生命质量状况,并分析相关影响因素。方法2021年3—4月采用整群抽样法抽取广州中医药大学172名专任教师采用一般情况问卷和生命质量问卷进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果广州中医药大学专任教师生命质量总分为(67.17±12.92)分,其中生理健康总分为(65.94±16.82)分,心理健康总分为(68.40±14.51)分。所在学院、体育锻炼时长、睡眠时长为教师生命质量的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论广州中医药大学专任教师生命质量水平一般。高校应实行科学化和周期化考核评价;给予教师更多支持,营造良好环境,加强教师体育锻炼;提供健康生活专业指导,关注身心健康问题,来提高高校专任教师生命质量。

Objective To understand the quality of life status of full-time teachers in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and analyze related influencing factors.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to investigate 172 full-time teachers in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March to April in 2021,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of full-time teachers’quality of life was(67.17±12.92)points,of which the total score in the health field and the mental health field was(65.94±16.82)and(68.40±14.51)points,respectively.The factors influencing the quality of life of full-time teachers included subordinate school,physical exercise and sleeping duration(all P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of life of full-time teachers in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine is not high.In order to improve the quality of life of full-time teachers,the universities should use scientific and periodic assessment and evaluation ways,give more support to teachers and create a good environment for them,strengthen their physical exercise,provide professional guidance on healthy living,pay attention to physical and mental health problems.
