广东省2所高校在校护生就寝时间拖延现状及影响因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis on status quo and influencing factors of bedtime procrastination among nursing students in two colleges of Guangdong Province

摘要 目的了解在校护理专业学生(在校护生)就寝时间拖延的现状及其影响因素,为促进在校护生养成良好睡眠习惯、维持身心健康提供参考。方法2020年11—12月采用按年级分层按班级随机整群抽样法,选取广东省2所高校512名在校护生,采用一般资料问卷、孤独感量表(loneliness scale,university of california at los angels,UCLA)、生活满意度量表(satisfaction with life scale,SWLS)、手机依赖指数量表(mobile phone addiction index,MPAI)和就寝时间拖延量表(bedtime procrastination scale,BPS)进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果广东省2所高校512名在校护生就寝时间拖延总分为(28.37±6.03)分,条目均分为(3.15±0.67)分;学历、健康状况自评、学业压力自评、生活满意度、戒断性及低效性6个因子进入回归方程(均P<0.05),共解释总变异的27.6%。手机依赖在孤独感与就寝时间拖延之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的42.3%。结论广东省2所高校512名在校护生就寝时间拖延处于中等偏上水平,且本科学历、健康状况差、学业压力大、生活满意度低、手机依赖的戒断性和低效性高的护生更易出现就寝时间拖延,护理教育者应从不同层面着手开展健康促进,以减少在校护生就寝时间拖延的现象。 Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of bedtime procrastination of nursing students,provide reference for promoting good sleep habits and maintaining physical and mental health of nursing students in school.Methods A total of 512 nursing students from two colleges in Guangdong Province were selected by the methods of stratified sampling according to grade and random cluster sampling according to class from November to December 2020.The general information questionnaire,loneliness scale,University of California at Los Angels(UCLA),satisfaction with life scale(SWLS),mobile phone addiction index(MPAI)and bedtime procrastination scale(BPS)were used to investigate the nursing students.And the data were analyzed.Results The total score of bedtime procrastination of 512 nursing students in two colleges of Guangdong Province was(28.37±6.03)points,and the item score was(3.15±0.67)points.There were six factors,including education background,self-assessment of health status,self-assessment of academic pressure,life satisfaction,withdrawal and inefficiency,entered the regression equation(all P<0.05),explaining 27.6%of the total variation.The mobile phone addiction played a partial mediating role between loneliness and bedtime procrastination,and the mediating effect accounted for 42.3%of the total effect.Conclusion The bedtime procrastination of 512 nursing students in two colleges of Guangdong Province is above the middle level,and nursing students with bachelor degree,poor health status,high academic pressure,low life satisfaction,high withdrawal and inefficiency of mobile phone addiction are more likely to have bedtime procrastination,so the nursing educator should carry out health promotion at different levels to reduce the phenomenon of bedtime procrastination among nursing students.
