南充市在校本科大学生对网站式性教育的学习态度及其相关因素分析

Analysis on learning attitude and related influencing factors of college students in Nanchong City towards web-based sex education

摘要 目的了解南充市在校本科大学生对网站式性教育的学习态度及其影响因素,为在南充市高校开展性教育提供参考依据。方法使用自制问卷采用方便抽样方法,于2020年4月27日—5月16日调研川北医学院,2020年11月24日调研西华师范大学,2020年12月5日调研西南石油大学南充校区,对方便抽样的765名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果南充市在校本科大学生对网站式性教育学习态度总体得分为(3.82±0.74)分,不同生源地大学生学习态度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。利用健康信念模式(health belief model,HBM)分析影响大学生网站式性教育的学习态度,发现感知到威胁、行为评价、自我效能均是学习态度的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论南充市在校本科大学生对网站式性教育的学习态度较为积极,网站式性教育存在实施可行性,相关部门可以从增强大学生的感知到威胁、提升行为评价、提供行动线索、提升自我效能这4个方面入手,进一步提高南充市大学生对于网站式性教育的学习积极性。 Objective To explore learning attitude of college students in Nanchong City towards web-based sex education and its influencing factors,provide suggestions for carrying out sex education in colleges or universities of Nanchong City.Methods The self-made questionnaire and the convenient sampling method were used to investigate North Sichuan Medical College from April27 to May 16,2020,China West Normal University on November 24,2020 and Nanchong campus of Southwest Petroleum University on December 5,2020.The questionnaire survey was performed on 765 student collected by the convenient sampling method,and the data were analyzed.Results The overall score of learning attitude towards web-based sex education of undergraduate students in Nanchong City was(3.82±0.74)points.The difference was statistically significant in the score of learning attitude among students from different places(P<0.05).Health belief model(HBM)was used to analyze the learning attitude of college students’web-based sex education,which found that perceived threat,behavior evaluation,and self-efficacy were the influencing factors of learning attitude(all P<0.05).Conclusion The undergraduate students in Nanchong City have a positive attitude towards the study of webbased sex education,the implementation of Web-based sex education is feasible,and the relevant departments can further improve the learning enthusiasm of Nanchong college students for web-based sex education by strengthening their perceived threat,promoting behavior evaluation,providing them with action clues and improving their self-efficacy.
