摘要
食物营养教育指的是良好饮食习惯的培养教育。随着社会经济发展和人民生活水平不断提高,尤其是新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,食物营养与健康越来越受到政府重视、社会关注和居民关心,但同时也暴露出我国食物营养教育体系尚不够完善,居民食物营养素养亟待提高等现实问题。我们通过文献分析的方法,梳理我国食物营养教育发展的历程,基于健康传播理论,从传播主体、传播内容、传播途径、传播受众和传播效果5个方面分析我国食物营养教育的发展现状与存在的问题,并提出相应对策建议。
Food nutrition education is the training of good eating habits.With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,especially since the outbreak of COVID-19,food nutrition and health have been paid more and more attention by the government,the society and the residents.However,it has also exposed the fact that China’s food nutrition education system is still not perfect and the residents’food nutrition literacy needs to be improved.Through the method of literature analysis,we comb the development process of food nutrition education in China.Based on the health communication theory,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of food nutrition education in China from five aspects:communication subject,communication content,communication channel,communication audience and communication effect,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
