KDM5A在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of KDM5A in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma

目的探讨组蛋白赖氨酸去甲基化酶5A(lysine(K)demethylase 5A,KDM5A)在浆液性卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测KDM5A蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、浆液性囊腺瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达情况,并分析其与患者临床病理参数的相关性。利用GEPIA平台的卵巢浆液性囊腺癌临床数据库,分析KDM5A与hMLH1、BCL2表达及患者总体生存率的关系。结果KDM5A蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中的表达阳性率明显高于卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤及卵巢正常组织的阳性率,其与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的临床病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关,但与年龄及CA125水平无明显相关性。KDM5A强表达患者的总体生存率明显低于弱表达患者,KDM5A与hMLH1及BCL2的表达存在明显相关性。结论KDM5A可作为卵巢浆液性囊腺癌病情评估及预后判断的临床参考指标。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of lysine(K)emethylase 5 A(KDM5 A)in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of KDM5 A protein in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,serous cystadenomas and normal ovarian tissues,analyzing its correlation with clinical pathological parameters of patients.Using the clinical database of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma on the GEPIA platform,the relationship between KDM5 A and hMLH1,BCL2 expression and the overall survival rate of patients was analyzed.Results The positive rate of KDM5 A protein was significantly higher in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma than in ovarian serous cystadenomas and normal ovarian tissues.The positive rate of KDM5 A protein was significantly related to the clinicopathological stage,differentiation degree,and lymph node metastasis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,but not related to age and CA125 level.The overall survival rate of patients with strong expression of KDM5 A was significantly lower than that of patients with weak expression.The expression of KDM5 A was correlated with hMLH1 and BCL2.Conclusion KDM5 A could be a clinical reference index for the evaluation of the ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and its prognosis.
