潘东升:一心为民的好局长

人物简介:潘东升,男,1964年9月出生,1984年8月参加公安工作,生前系福建省公安厅党委委员,福州市副市长、公安局局长,一级巡视员。曾荣立个人二等功2次、三等功1次,2021年荣获全国扫黑除恶专项斗争个人嘉奖。2021年9月25日,潘东升同志因长期超负荷工作,积劳成疾,在重要会议安保维稳工作岗位上突发疾病,因公牺牲,年仅57岁。牺牲后,潘东升同志被追授为时代楷模、“全国公安系统一级英雄模范”、全国“公安楷模”、全国双百政法英模、全省优秀共产党员、八闽楷模、全市优秀共产党员等称号,并获评全国、全省法治人物“致敬英雄奖”。

Pan Dongsheng's office appears as usual.On an assuming corner of a bookcase sat the plate that reads"Director of the Public Security Bureau of Fuzhou,"and a police uniform and cap numbered 100001 hung neatly in the wardrobe.On his desk,piles of pending documents were stacked in order with a desk calendar turned to the page of September 24,2021.On September 25 of last year,Pan Dongsheng,former member of the Party Committee of Fujian Provincial Public Security Department,former Deputy Mayor of Fuzhou,Director of the Public Security Bureau of Fuzhou,died of long-term work overload at the age of 57.
