水是农村地区在农业生产活动以及日常生活中不可缺少的重要资源,为了保证农村居民的正常饮水,提高饮水安全,必须要加强农村饮水安全工程的建设。农村饮水安全长期以来都是困扰农村现代化发展的一项重要内容,同时,饮用水的质量也会对农民身体健康造成影响。为了提升农村人民生活质量,解决农村地区饮水问题,政府开始大力在农村建设饮水安全工程,改善农村地区水质,保证饮水安全性。柘城县县政府也十分重视,加强农村饮水安全工程建设。文章分析了柘城县农村饮水安全工程现状,针对存在的问题阐述了柘城县农村饮水安全巩固提升工程建设的必要性和建设管理成效与经验。

Water is an indispensable and important resource in agricultural production activities and daily life in rural areas. In order to ensure the normal drinking water of rural residents and improve drinking water safety, we must strengthen the construction of rural drinking water safety project. Rural drinking water safety has long been an important part of the development of rural modernization. At the same time, the quality of drinking water will also affect the health of farmers. In order to improve the quality of rural people’s life and solve the drinking water problem in rural areas, the government began to vigorously build drinking water safety projects in rural areas to improve the water quality in rural areas and ensure the safety of drinking water. Zhecheng County government also attaches great importance to strengthening the construction of rural drinking water safety projects. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural drinking water safety project in Zhecheng County, and in view of the existing problems, describes the necessity of rural drinking water safety consolidation and improvement project construction in Zhecheng County, as well as the effectiveness and experience of construction management.
