海河流域“21·7”暴雨洪水分析 被引量:2

摘要 2021年7月中旬至8月初,受台风“烟花”外围云系和副热带高压气流的影响,海河流域发生2次强降雨过程。其中,7月17日8时至24日8时海河流域境内骤降一场千年一遇的罕见持续暴雨,暴雨中心辉县市龙水梯雨量站1 159 mm,新乡市凤泉区分将池雨量站970 mm,郑州市中原区尖岗水库站956 mm,焦作市修武县东岭后雨量站953 mm,卫辉市猴头脑雨量站948 mm。海河江流域遭遇有历史资料以来的最大洪水。文章以实时报汛数据为基础,从暴雨分析、洪水分析、暴雨洪水特点、滞洪区分滞洪水、水库消峰等,对海河流域“21·7”洪水进行比较全面的分析,旨在为流域综合治理、规划设计、洪水预报、防治与减灾工作提供科学依据。 In 2021 of mid-july to early August, there were two heavy rainfall events in the Hai River Basin under the influence of the cloud system outside typhoon Firework and the subtropical high-pressure air flow. Among them, July 17 from 8:00 to 24:00, the Hai River Basin suffered a sudden and rare continuous rainstorm of 1,000 years.The rainstorm center is 1159 mm at longshuiti rainfall station in Huixian City;970 mm at Fenjiangchi rainfall station in Fengquan District of Xinxiang City;956 mm at Jiangang reservoir station in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City;953 mm at donglinghou rainfall station in Xiuwu County of Jiaozuo City;948 mm at houtounao rainfall station in Weihui City. The Hai River Basin was hit by the biggest flood since historical records began. Based on the real-time flood reporting data,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the“21.7”flood in Hai River Basin from the aspects of rainstorm analysis, flood analysis,rainstorm flood characteristics, flood detention area and reservoir peak elimination, in order to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive management, planning and design, flood forecasting, prevention and reduction of Hai River Basin.
