南水北调中线工程水质自动监测站网标准化建设探索与实践 被引量:1

Exploration and Practice of Standardization Construction of Water Quality Automatic Monitoring Station Network in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

摘要 南水北调中线一期工程全面通水6年多以来,供水量逐年增加,受水区水资源短缺状况得到明显改善,经济、社会、生态效益显著。为推进南水北调中线工程高质量发展,保障库区供水安全,针对南水北调中线一期水质自动监测站网目前运行管理中存在的问题,运用标准化建设及顶层设计工作思路,合理评估已建站网运行管理状况,并提出项目管理提档升级措施,积极推进丹江口库区水质监测站网标准化建设方案的实施。 Since the first phase of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has been fully open to water for more than 6 years, the water supply has increased year by year, the shortage of water resources in the water receiving area has been significantly improved, and the economic, social and ecological benefits have been remarkable. In order to promote the high-quality development of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and ensure the safety of water supply in the Danjiangkou reservoir area, in view of the existing problems in the current operation and management of the water quality automatic monitoring station network in the first phase of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, standardized construction and top-level design work ideas are used to rationally evaluate the operation and management status of the established station network. Project management upgrade measures are proposed to actively promote the implementation of the standardization construction plan of the Danjiangkou reservoir water quality monitoring station network.
