栅栏连锁预制块在沙澧连通工程中的应用

摘要 由于传统的砌石护坡整体性差、施工质量难以保证,抗风浪能力低,同时受环保管控因素影响,石料不能确保及时足量供应,满足不了施工进度要求;混凝土护坡适应地基变形能力差,因坡面基础不均匀沉降及切缝不及时而出现开裂、断裂、脱空现象;混凝土栅栏连锁预制块是一种新型护坡形式,具备工厂化施工条件,混凝土具有用水量小、水灰比小、砂率小、快硬、密实性好等特点,施工简单、维护管理方便、整体稳定性好,适用地基变形能力强,节约水泥、降低成本、保证工期、提高质量;克服了砌石护坡及混凝土护坡的不足之处。 Due to the poor integrity of traditional stone masonry slope protection, difficult to guarantee the construction quality, low wind and wave resistance, and affected by environmental protection control factors, the timely and sufficient supply of stones can not be ensured, which can not meet the requirements of construction progress. The concrete slope protection has poor adaptability to foundation deformation, and cracks, fractures and voids occur due to uneven settlement of slope foundation and untimely cutting joints.The concrete fence chain precast block is a new type of slope protection, with industrialized construction conditions. The concrete has the characteristics of small water consumption, small water cement ratio, small sand rate, fast hardening and good compactness. It has the advantages of simple construction, convenient maintenance and management, good overall stability, strong foundation deformation capacity, saving cement, reducing cost, ensuring construction period and improving quality. It overcomes the shortcomings of stone masonry slope protection and concrete slope protection.
