引黄灌区渠道维护与管理障碍原因分析及措施

随着中国社会经济的不断发展,水利工程建设的规模空前加大,国家水利工程运行管理的重视程度也越来越高。文章结合河南省引黄灌区渠道现状,阐明渠道维护和管理的重要意义,总结和分析了渠道维护管理中常见障碍的普遍原因分析,提出具体措施,以期同行能够得到启发和借鉴,一起用科学、合理、正确的措施解决维护和管理过程中的问题,共同提升渠道维护管理水平,为水利工程发挥最大效益,实现水利高质量发展做出贡献。

With the continuous development of social economy in China, the scale of water conservancy projects has been increased unprecedentedly. More and more attention has been paid to the operation and management of national water conservancy projects. The significance of channel maintenance and management has been expounded, the common causes of common obstacles in channel maintenance and management have been summarized and analyzed and specific measures have been put forward combined with the current situation of channels in the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation District in Henan Province. It is hoped that peers can get inspiration and reference, solving the problems in the process of maintenance and management together together with scientific,reasonable and correct measures. Jointly improve the channel maintenance management level, to give full play to the benefits of water conservancy projects, to achieve high-quality development of water conservancy to make contributions.
