The world has come a long way in 3000 years.It has transformed the living conditions of a growing percentage of the people of the world,but over 50 pc still are exposed to poverty and poor conditions.And the world has tried to progress to be civilised,or more civilised,with mixed results.The world has not followed a plan in these two endeavours.It has developed organically。
