A Meta-analysis about association between expression of CD147 and prostate cancer

目的:运用Meta分析的方法系统评价前列腺癌组织中CD147分子表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征间的关系.方法:手工检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、PubMed,检索时间均从建库至2015年10月.在此基础上追查已纳入文献的参考文献,收集关于CD147与前列腺癌临床病理特征关系的病例对照研究,文献选择、资料提取及质量评价均由两名研究者独立进行,文献质量评价采用NOS量表.使用Revman 5.2软件计算优势比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)作为效应统计指标进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入3个研究,共539例研究对象,其中前列腺癌438例,正常前列腺组织101例.纳入结果在前列腺癌与正常前列腺癌组织的比较模型中有异质性,在TMN分期及Gleason评分的比较模型中无异质性.Meta分析的结果显示,CD147的表达阳性在前列腺癌组织中比正常前列腺组织高;CD147在前列腺癌Gleason评分≤7与Gleason评分>7的表达有统计学差异;CD147在前列腺癌TNMⅠ-Ⅱ期与TMNⅢ-Ⅳ期的表达有统计学差异.结论:CD147在前列腺癌中的阳性表达比正常前列腺组织高,且CD147的高表达与前列腺癌的Gleason评分、TNM分期显著相关。

Objective To systemically evaluate the relationship between expression of CD 147 in tissues and clinicopatho-logical features of prostate cancer(Pea)by meta-analysis.Methods All eligible related case-control studies published of Pea up to October 2015 were searched out from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang and PubMed.Literature quality assessment were employed by NOS(Newcastle-Ottawa Scale)standard.Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager(RevMan)5.2 to calculate crude odds ratio(OR)with their 95%confidence intervals(95%CIs).Results A total of 3 studies comprising 539 subjects(438 prostate cancer tissues and 101 normal prostate tissues)were finally accepted.The included studies showed significant heterogeneity in the models of prostate cancer tissue and healthy prostate tissues,and there was no significant heterogeneity in the models of TMN stage and Gleason score.The results of mela-analysis demonstrated that,the positive rate of CD 147 expression in prostate cancer tissues is significantly higher than normal prostate tissue.In prostate cancer tissues,the positive rate of CD 147 expression is higher in Gleason scores>7 vs Gleason scores^7,TNM stage HI-IV vs.stage I-II.Conclusion The positive rate of CD 147 expression in prostate cancer tissues is significantly higher than normal prostate tissue,morever,high expression of CD 147 is related Gleason scores ATNM stage closely.
