介绍了八氟异丁烯在六氟丙烯生产中的形成过程,通过对六氟丙烯合成反应的温度、时间以及八氟异丁烯精制吸收和精馏工艺路线等的控制,有效降低副产物八氟异丁烯的含量和在系统中的停留时间,减少生产操作作业环境的毒性,提升整个生产装置的安全性。
The formation process of octafluoroisobutene in hexafluoropropylene production was introduced. By controlling the temperature and time of hexafluoropropylene synthesis reaction, the refining and absorption of octafluoroisobutene and the distillation process route, the content of octafluoroisobutene and the residence time in the system were effectively reduced, the toxicity of the production operation environment was reduced, and the safety of the whole production device was improved.
