Typical Equipment and Layout of Customized Panel Furniture Production Line Based on Industry 4.0 Theory

工业4.0理念为企业产线布局提供了新的指导思想。文章使用要素分析法分析板式定制家具不同工序的不同设备对产线布局的影响,在此基础上提出了工业4.0理念下3种典型的产线布局,并结合特性,论述了其优缺点:全自动连续流水线布局效率最高,但部分工序人需人工干预,且生产范围受设备限制,在变化的市场环境中可扩展性不高;岛台式布局对人工的依赖更强,但同时拥有更高的扩展性,且落地成本低,在企业中仍是最为常见;半自动混合式布局在全自动流水线布局的基础上,使用人工替换了设备的短板部分,兼顾了效率与成本,对大型定制企业而言是一种很好的补充。

The idea of Industrial 4.0 provides a new guiding ideology for the production line layout.Based on the analysis of the influence of equipment on the production line layout with factor analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of three typical production line layout under the concept of industrial 4.0 were discussed according to their features.Automatic continuous assembly line layout has highest efficiency,but some processes need manual intervention,and the production range is limited,so it has a lower extensibility;As the most common layout in the enterprise,island layout has more expansibility and low landing cost even though it is more dependent on manual labor;Semi-automatic hybrid layout gives consideration to both efficiency and cost,which is a good supplement to mass customization production enterprises.
