沸石蜂窝吸附催化燃烧工艺对汽修废气处理效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展,居民汽车持有量屡创新高,汽修店的数量也在逐年增长,汽修废气已成为城市大气污染的重要来源。选用市售沸石蜂窝及催化剂,研究沸石蜂窝吸附催化燃烧工艺对于汽修废气中典型污染物的处理效果。在相同条件下,沸石蜂窝对于二甲苯、PGMEA、乙酸丁酯的吸附容量分别为2.9、32及11.4 kg/m^(3);进气湿度对二甲苯吸附效果的影响较大,脱附温度越高,二甲苯脱附速率越快,越有利于沸石蜂窝的再生;催化燃烧进气温度控制在272℃以上,贵金属催化剂对于二甲苯保持较高在99%以上的处理效率。 With the rapid development of the national economy,residents'car ownership had reached new highs,and the number of auto repair shops was also increasing year by year.Automobile repair waste gas had become an important source of urban air pollution.The treatment effect of zeolite honeycomb adsorption catalytic combustion process on typical pollutants in automobile repair waste gas was studied by using commercially available zeolite honeycomb and catalyst.For zeolite honeycomb,the adsorption capacities of xylene,PGMEA and butyl acetate were 2.9,32 and 11.4 kg/m^(3) respectively under the same adsorption conditions.The higher the desorption temperature was,the faster the desorption rate of xylene was,which was more conducive to the regeneration of zeolite honeycomb.When the inlet temperature of catalytic combustion was controlled above 272℃,the noble metal catalyst maintained high treatment efficiency(above 99%)for xylene.
