“限制条件”的探索——多影响因素综合作用下的装配式建筑体系拆分设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 在当下常规设计与拆分设计分离背景下,拆分设计执行时并未综合权衡项目运作流程各个阶段的影响因素,从而导致建筑单个体系内拆分的装配单元类型较多及拆分不干净现象出现。因此,提出基于设计、预制加工、运输、现场装配各个阶段多影响因素综合作用下探寻单个体系内拆分的限制条件,进而结合中国西部科技创新港科创基地7号楼试验了探求限制条件的作用过程。 Conventionally, the design of the prefabricated building is completed first based on the on-site construction method, and then the splitting process is performed according to the assembly requirements, in which conventional design is separated from split design failing to consider the influence factors of splitting process systematically based on the entire operation process of the project, to cause the phenomena of many types of split assembly units and unclean split in a single building system as a result. As such, the paper explores the restriction conditions of the split within a single system arising from the multiple influencing factors of each stage of design, including prefabrication, transportation, and on-site assembly, and seeks to verify the process of restrictive condition as manifested in the No.7 Building of Science and Technology Innovation Base of West China Science and Technology Innovation Port.
