摘要
设计一个基于地感线圈的道口自动护栏可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制系统,以改善某些铁路道口安全防护设备相对落后的现状。该系统安装并应用在铁路与公路的交叉路口,在无人值守的情况下,护栏能够做到自动升降,从而实现铁路和公路的错开运行,避免交通事故的发生。设计以西门子S7-1200系列PLC作为道口护栏控制系统的核心,以地感线圈为信号监测装置。
This design aims to complete a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) control system of crossing automatic guardrail based on ground induction coil, so as to improve the relatively backward status of railway crossing safety protection equipment in China.The system is installed and applied at the intersection of railway and highway. When unattended, the guardrail can rise and fall automatically, so as to realize the staggered operation of railway and highway and avoid traffic accidents. The design takes Siemens S7-1200 series PLC as the core of the crossing guardrail control system and the ground induction coil as the signal monitoring device.
