城市街道消极空间的更新与改造——以江西丰城市剑光街道沿江路为例

Renewal and Renovation of Urban Street Negative Space-Taking Yanjiang Road,Jianguang Street,Fengcheng City,Jiangxi Province as an Example

文章通过对消极空间概念的阐释,分析消极空间产生的原因及弊端;并以江西丰城市剑光街道沿江路为例,运用交通改造、远借临借、磁极效应、功能重塑和公众参与等策略,对街道消极空间在交通、功能、环境、安全、设施等方面的不和谐因素进行更新与重塑,以增加空间活力,提升人们的获得感和幸福感,进而推动城市的健康可持续的发展。

Through interpreting the concept of negative space,this article analyzes the causes and disadvantages of negative space,and takes Yanjiang Road,Jianguang Street,Fengcheng City,Jiangxi Province for example,makes use of traffic renovation,distant view borrowing and nearby view borrowing,magnetic pole effect,function remodeling,public participation and other strategies;renew and remodel the disharmonious factors of street negative space in traffic,function,environment,safety,facilities and other aspects,so as to add the spatial vitality,enhance the people’s sense of gain and sense of happiness,and then promote the healthy and sustainable development of city.
