新冠防疫背景下上海老旧住宅室内空气质量实测与评价——以同济新村为例

Measurement and Assessment of Indoor Air Quality in Old Settlements of Shanghai Under the background of the COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention-A Case Study on Tongji New Community

良好的室内空气质量是健康居住的重要保证。老旧住宅居住人口密度高、室内空间紧凑,室内空气质量尤其值得关注。文章以新冠疫情期间上海同济新村某两居室户型为研究对象,通过仪器实测室内空气的PM_(2.5)、TVOC、CO_(2)、温度和湿度等参数,科学呈现防疫背景下城区老旧住宅室内空气质量,并通过空气品质数据和日常行为的关联性分析,揭示居住者日常行为对室内空气质量及其变化的影响作用,基于健康、舒适等视角提出改善建议。

Good indoor air quality is an important guarantee for healthy living.Home isolation has become a more effective way for urban residents to prevent the new crown epidemic.Old settlements have high population density and compact indoor space,and indoor air quality is particularly worthy of attention.This paper takes a two-bedroom apartment in Tongji New Community,Shanghai as the research object,and uses experimental instruments to test the parameters of PM_(2.5)、TVOC、CO_(2)、temperature and humidity,to scientifically present the indoor air quality of old houses in the context of epidemic prevention and control.And through the correlation analysis between air quality data and daily behavior,it reveals the impact of occupants’daily behavior on indoor air quality and its changes,and proposes improvement suggestions based on the perspectives of health and comfort.
