摘要
针对疏水缔合聚合物水溶性不足的问题,本文合成了三种含烷基磺酸根的阴离子型表面活性单体2-丙烯酰胺基辛烷基磺酸钠(NaAMC_(8)S)、2-丙烯酰胺基十二烷基磺酸钠(NaAMC_(12)S)和2-丙烯酰胺基十八烷基磺酸钠(NaAMC_(18)S),通过氢谱、碳谱、高分辨质谱对其结构进行了表征。通过表面张力法和电导率法测定了NaAMC_(8)S和NaAMC_(12)S的临界胶束浓度;用荧光探针技术研究了其增溶作用;以偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐(AIBA)为引发剂,在水溶液中研究了丙烯酰胺(AM)分别与NaAMC_(8)S、NaAMC_(12)S的二元共聚反应,通过控制AM与NaAMC_(8)S、NaAMC_(12)S的投料比制备得到两个系列聚合物P(AM/NaAMC_(8)S)、P(AM/NaAMC_(12)S),研究了表面活性单体含量对聚合物疏水缔合作用及耐温抗盐性能的影响。实验结果表明,NaAMC_(8)S、NaAMC_(12)S具有良好的表面活性和增溶作用,聚合物P(AM/NaAMC_(8)S)、P(AM/NaAMC_(12)S)具有显著的疏水缔合作用,P(AM/NaAMC_(12)S)的耐温抗盐性能明显优于用AM和商用单体2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(NaAMPS)共聚制备的聚合物P(AM/NaAMPS)。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient water solubility of hydrophobic associating polymers,three anionic surface active monomers containing alkyl sulfonate,sodium 2-acrylamido-octane sulfonate(NaAMC_(8)S),sodium 2-acrylamido-dodecane sulfonate(NaAMC_(12)S)and sodium 2-acrylamido-octadecane sulfonate(NaAMC_(18)S),were synthesized.Their structures were characterized by^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and HR-MS.The critical micelle concentration(CMC)of NaAMC_(8)S and NaAMC_(12)S was determined by surface tension method and conductivity method.Their solubilization effect was studied by fluorescent probe technology.Using 2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine)dihydrochloride(AIBA)as the initiator,the copolymerization of acrylamide(AM)and NaAMC_(8)S,NaAMC_(12)S were carried out respectively in aqueous solution.Two series of polymers P(AM/NaAMC_(8)S)and P(AM/NaAMC_(12)S)were obtained by controlling the feed ratio of AM to NaAMC_(8)S,NaAMC_(12)S.The effects of the content of surfactant monomers on the hydrophobic associating,temperature-and salt-resistance of the polymers were studied.The results showed that NaAMC_(8)S and NaAMC_(12)S have surface activity and solubilization,P(AM/NaAMC_(8)S)and P(AM/NaAMC_(12)S)have significant hydrophobic association,and the temperature-and salt-resistance of P(AM/NaAMC_(12)S)is much better than that of P(AM/NaAMPS)prepared by the copolymerization of AM and commercial monomer sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonate(NaAMPS).
