前驱体浓度对槲皮素纳米银粒子制备及其催化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以槲皮素为还原剂,以硝酸银为前驱体,采用生物法制备了槲皮素纳米银粒子。经测定,槲皮素纳米银粒子基本为圆球状,SPR峰基本分布在420 nm左右,平均粒径在90 nm左右。不同前驱体浓度条件下制备的槲皮素纳米银粒子的SPR峰、平均粒径、粒径分布等方面存在一定的差异,当硝酸银浓度较高时,制备的槲皮素纳米银粒子表现出更强的催化活性,直接橙26染料和直接红23染料最高降解率分别为98.4%和87.7%,降解效果显著。 Quercetin silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)are prepared by biological method with Quercetin as a reducing agent and silver nitrate as a precursor.After measurement,the SPR peak of Quercetin AgNPs are basically distributed around 420 nm,and their average particle size is about 90 nm.From the TEM photo of Quercetin AgNPs,it can be seen that their appearance are basically spherical.There are some differences in SPR peak,average particle size and particle size distribution of Quercetin AgNPs prepared with different precursor concentrations.Quercetin AgNPs prepared under higher silver nitrate concentration show stronger catalytic activity.Direct Orange 26 and Direct Red 23 are catalytic degraded by 98.4%and 87.7%respectively.Good reductive degradation results are achieved.
